Assuming you are training, creatine is no brainer. Outside of that make sure your nutrition, sleep and training are dialed in before diving into supplements.
Anybody ever high dose vit d? Like 20,000-50,000iu a day?

The D3-k2 I take is 10,000 IU per pill. I've been taking 1 or 2 a day for almost a year and feel fine. I havent had recent bloodwork tho. Dr. Berg said taking super high doses is cool but i dunno![]()

They we're giving me prescribed vit d at only 5000iu per week. To me it's not doubt we need more than most would recommend so I'm gonna start at 10000 per day.
I would be careful with that. I take 5000iu daily and my last labs had my reading at 95 on a scale of 100. If you're taking CoQ10 you may as well take PQQ, and if you're taking berberine you may as well take piperine, maybe even curcumin.Coq10
