Breh, if you watched battle rap in 2015-16 you would definitely see the grand levels of creativity that battle rappers have. Do you know what schemes, angles, triple entendres and real talk rounds are?

I used to listen to battle rap back in the day, but again, the majority of what these dudes rap about are just the same tired cliché topics. Every once in a while you'll have a Loaded Lux or Aye Verb switch up the subject matter into something else, but I aint trying to go dumpster diving through raps about killing other black men to hopefully come across some dope shyt.

I said they're subject matter lacks creativity. On the last URL battle, how many bars were there about black men killing each other or selling drugs? Matter fact can you even find a verse between two battle rappers where neither of them being up those subjects?

I watch clips here and there, and was really excited for the 'Bis one...but after that went down...eh, and as others have said I'm also not feeling the accapella shyt for every single round. If they can do it to beats, it's more entertaining.

Battle rap is the shyt

the only thing I don't like about BR is the gun bars. shyt gets repetitive after awhile
