Most likely because they hate that job. I used to work for KFC (lol) and a hot dog girl at Ikea, I loved it and I took customer service very seriously.
I loved working at those places but in that industry, most folks are just trying to get a paycheck so
I feel for workers in these positions my homie went in for a job interview at toys r' us a stocking position he said the lady told him "don't be surprised if you have to clean toilets as well as work the cash register among other things." Also they didn't do separate interviews they had them all grouped up in one room at the same time. He ended up walking out once she told him about the toilets but before that they wanted to make all the potential hires go out into the store and find toys they thought were appealing
yeah sad to say but it's mainly the hood spots where all the bullsht lies...always some bullsht going on with these places it never fails...hood bojangles stay running out of chicken...hood mcdonalds milkshake machine always not working...hood captan d's worker got a problem with giving me extra tarter sauce even when I offer to pay extra...big ass 4 ft. potholes in the hood fast food parking lot...order aint never right and they always trying to force you into the combo for a few cents extra

Bullshyt, I didn't get ahead in life by having an attitude with random customers who did nothing to me at all. It's called sucking that shyt up and being a fukking adult. Unless the customer is being outwardly racist or a dikk to you there is no reason for this behavior from Black Women.
I worked at Home Depot and a Furniture store years back. Started in the dead of winter in January and doing physical labor in the heat until June (had a hot spring that year). Never gave the contractors an attitude and they gave me tips (although that's not technically allowed). Never complained. But a Black Women will complain about manning a fukking cash register do you see the stock boys in the back complaining about shyt constantly and giving customers in the aisles an attitude for no reason?
The problem is Black Women don't want to pay their fukking dues and humble themselves. fukk being politically correct. nikkas think I'm out of touch, I been there done that.

at extra pickles...I've heard people made these bad attitude claims about black women working at fast food restaurants/customer service industry but i haven't experienced it. Even in hood joints black women never gave me attitude. They just don't go out their way to be super friendly and bubbly like these fake ass white chicks and i think people are mistaking that nonchalant personality as having a bad attitude.

shyt, that's what I have actually noticed but a lot nikkas in here dumb tho. A black woman has never given me an attitude when it comes to customer service. Heck, a black woman has never rudely rejected me(even the hood chicks..they usually change the way they talk to talk to me lol). This broad once ignored me but other than that I typically get what I desire.
