I have my own theories on this, but I would love to hear the female perspective.

For instance, do you assume a single man with good money is most likely a cheating playboy?

Not at all. My philosophy is develop and depend on yourself a lot of women feel financially inadequate and instead of addressing that with money management, career progression or education they will look to a "good" man with money to help correct that.

I just feel like if some women spent more time focused on improving their credit and investing their earnings and less time counting what's in these dudes pockets or what a man has going for himself, we all win.

The artist is outraged over how black women sell their souls in the ways depicted, that is why he painted the scene because that is close to real life. It is disgusting and repels people, which is what he wants it to do. This is his way of being protective and compassionate.

Also, virtually no one said in this thread that the painting wasn't insulting. It was only me after I had already watched it for 20 minutes and then like 3 other posters. Every other poster pretty much said it was insulting.

But black women are not the only women "selling there souls" White and asian women do it more but they are never depicted that way. His images are pornographic, they are offensive and caricatures they are not art. He is doing the same thing to black women that white people did during JIM CROW

Most black women on social media (95%) are not posting pics of themselves butt nekkid or in demeaning ways.They have JOBS, SCHOOL and children to feed, and posting provocative photos can affect their career, their IMAGE.

Its just that the very few 5% of black women that do post pornographic photos on social media have the MOST followers. Most black men follow these instagram thots, groupies and attention whores, who have no jobs or career other that of being a baby momma, modeling, stripping, or being prostitute to arabs overseas.These are a such a select few of black women, but black men give them the most attention, the most followers and the most likes.

No one is liking the photos of the black women who post nothing but their smiles all day.

So this is based on stereotypes basically. Hood/street dudes are more "aggressive" so therefore (according to your unfounded anecdotal claims) they're more prone to abuse. But think about this, according to you since black nerds don't get as much p*ssy, wouldn't you say they'd be prone to aggressive behavior too? If a black nerd ends up with a woman, isn't he capable of displaying aggressive behavior, especially if he feels his relationship he finally got with a woman may be in jeopardy and wants to keep it at all costs (her own safety)? Kent types basically can be dangerous too (although he may not be considered a black nerd, just introverted). There are plenty black nerds that are considered "cool" and have no problem getting women, whereas the actual introverted stuck up guys like Kent, can be prone to aggressive and abusive behaviors.

I never said that black nerds can never be dangerous for that reason. I said that they are less likely to be generally.

That's the point, both are stupid and anti-women terms, you're a "simp" if you are concerned with the well-being of women and you're "hard on Hoes" if you are not concerned with the well-being of women. It's usually men who don't really respect or care about women who are the quickest to throw these terms around.

Yet my point is that abusive men never get called the term simp

Thats what Im saying. Most black nerds are easy going and such which makes them less likely to be abusers compared to other types of men.

Being easy going doesn't mean you're less likely to be an abuser. Just like a person above noted, if an easy going nerd finally got with a girl and felt like his relationship was threatened, he'd be compelled to do whatever is necessary to save his relationship. Nerd types tend to be insecure as well which could lead to abusive behaviors like spying on your significant other if you believe she should have been home sooner or hiding her keys because you're upset about her going out with her girlfriend that you don't like.

You have a limited understanding of what abuse is and only see abuse when it's a "hood dude" putting his hands on a woman
