I'm convinced some of you black men have never stepped foot outside the hood. Please don't tell me who my "allies" and "enemies" are as a black woman. I don't view the world as a war. Breh, the Moynihan report was written by a white dude during the 1960s that said the issues facing the black community wasn't economic, but because of single mothers. In the midst of Jim Crow, the klan, the lynchings, and the assassination of pretty much every major black political leader, he's saying economic castration had nothing to do with poverty. This is what you're basing your belief of black women on?
Have you done any of your own research as to what happened in the 60s breh? Have you read a single book on your own on the topic? Do you know anything about the history of economic discrimination in America that you read yourself? Have you even read the Moynihan report

I've talked to older black men and women that were born/living around that time and NONE OF THEM blamed feminism on the downfall of the black community.
My black grandfather (rip) use to have long conversations with me, telling me about the downfalls of the black community and black feminism was never the subject.
He talked about the many organizations that later became money hungry and greedy, how qualified black men were blocked from getting jobs because of racism, how white people bought drugs and guns into the black community, how these same black organizations turned into gangs.
These were the problems of the downfall of the black community NOT feminism.

Black men (which I'm pretty sure are cacs in disguise) make comments every day shytting on black women on here. Are they "wearing their disloyalty as a badge of honor"? Is that proof that all black men hate black women?

You don't know what my parents are. Everything in that article is true 50 years later. The black community becoming matriarchal isn't the sole reason the community failed. We can go into the war on drugs, redlining and others. All of those stem from white supremacy. White women tried the feminism thing in the 70s, stopped for a while to let the black women rock with it, saw it didn't work and fell back. The black community is a canary in a coal mine. White people test new ideologies out with black people to see if it works. You ever notice how black people always are the spearheads of a movement where other groups sit back, wait for it to end and then pick up the benefits when it's over? Black people marched and boycotted and got dogs and fire hoes sicked on them during Jim Crow, but all minorities benefited from it. The same can be said about women when it comes to feminism. I'm not bashing anyone. I'm not mad or any of that before yall come at me with that. Men compete with men. Weak matriarchal men can never win against strong patriarchal men. No way to flip that. I don't know why people are mad at me like I made it that way.

If I went by what is said on this board, 90% of black men hate all black women.
I thinks its a matter of attitude. However I blame that on the lack of fathers in our community. These women are being raised by other bitter women who had to raise these children on their own. I think indirectly it shapes their attitudes towards men and life itself.
