of course black women don't talk about racist websites. they're too busy trying to pretend that portion of white men doesn't exist. then again, i don't expect black women to confront or even acknowledge racism -- outside of beauty and double standards with white women.

:yeshrug:

Black women don't have a problem acknowledging racism. We simply don't let it hold us back from LIVING the way black men do.

I can't help the way some racist white folks feel about me. I'm not trying to change the way they feel. I just know that all white people are not like those ignorant b*stards. There have been some great white people in history and I refuse to shyt on them and group them in with the racist in their race.

Again, I've met bad white men and I've met good white men. I'm not forsaking a whole race of men simply because there are some racist bad mofos in their race.

:what:

that's because black women are not targeted by white men. you are not a threat to white supremacy by any stretch. hell, one could argue black women are one the instruments used to make sure black males come up short.

also, just to back track. we have to end this belief that the majority black women are just so fukking educated and awesome. that's a myth that gets pushed far too often. there's just as many loser ass black women out here as there is black men, actually more.

once again, the system does forgive black boys like it does for black girls. black women can be vicious hoodrats, thug chase, get pregnant at 16, and still turn out somewhat decent by 30. it's a lot harder for black men to fall into the trap of crime or thug culture. then bounce back to become this successful business and family man. this idea that black males can fukk off til adult hood and pull a 180 is never going to happen.

Sadly, black people love white people more than they love themselves. You're a perfect example.

She has proven that this is exactly what she is...a 'we sick boss'

Yep...but guess? My generalization wasn't RACIST. I don't have a problem with generalizations. I have a problem with generalizations based around RACIST beliefs surrounding other groups based on RACE.

Stop HALF reading my comments. And so far, MY generalization has proven CORRECT.

I just want you to re-read this. Its completely senseless :beli:

Potential to be what? A "yes man" for the men on this site? :pachaha:

I've NEVER been raped by anyone. I don't have any children yet and when I do they won't be brainwashed by anyone.

I don't have any sons, but when I do they won't be locked up unless they do in fact COMMIT A CRIME. :wtf:

I know my history...better than most. I've traced my family tree all way back to Africa. So my history hasn't been erased by anyone. Furthermore, stop pretending that the masses of black people out here give a shyt about their history. :birdman:

Once again, I don't have any sons.

Once again, I don't have any daughters.

No, it doesn't mean anything to me personally.

I didn't ask this^^^

So what exactly does the below quote mean then? :ld:

So, I want to hear from the men.

Why do so many black men project their issues with white men on black women? Why are we expected to help you fight your cold war with other races of MEN (key word)?

I didn't respond to your direct question of Hate because I don't hate white people and I don't think you should either. This is the only thing I could address...the cold war question on why we expect & should expect you to fight with us.

Your response tells me that you don't value history... reasons for me coming to that conclusion are...it seems you're saying that basically you/we can't learn from it, that its useless in our current day plight. Also you believe that if Black men can love white women & prop them up on a pedestal, so should blackwomen in regards to whitemen. Furthermore, you feel there is no value in having 'racial pride' in present day black people.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on any of my assertions &/or comprehension of your post...so I can make an accurate rebuttal.

While you've made sense in the past this is little more than a lazy generalisation and a fatuous premise on which to start dialogue. A million people will experience blackness and deal with racism in a million different ways. The intersectionality of gender and race is far more complex than this narrative you're pushing.

Not entirely sure what you're trying to achieve here.

Honestly, I highly doubt the masses of white men out here consider black men a threat. Whatever war y'all are fighting it's safe to say they have WON! :deadmanny:

also, just to back track. we have to end this belief that the majority black women are just so fukking educated and awesome. that's a myth that gets pushed far too often. there's just as many loser ass black women out here as there is black men, actually more.

No denial here. Next...

once again, the system does forgive black boys like it does for black girls. black women can be vicious hoodrats, thug chase, get pregnant at 16, and still turn out somewhat decent by 30. it's a lot harder for black men to fall into the trap of crime or thug culture. then bounce back to become this successful business and family man. this idea that black males can fukk off til adult hood and pull a 180 is never going to happen.

This doesn't have anything to do with "the system." Though there are a lot of downtrodden black women walking around, from my point of view black women appear to be more driven and motivated than black men. It is the SAME thing amongst black boys and black girls. The girls just come across as more driven than the boys. People need to start taking some personal accountability for their failures and stop blaming others.

She has proven that this is exactly what she is...a 'we sick boss'

Is it senseless or do you just lack sense??? :ld:

Again, refer to the CONTEXT of the word generalization. Two different contexts there...one of which has been proven on this thread.

So what exactly does the below quote mean then? :ld:

It means exactly what it says. WOMEN should not be pulled into battles between MEN. If black MEN have a problem with white MEN then you MEN need to stand up and handle it with THEM.

Stop pulling us into your mess and expecting us to just co-sign some of your racist B.S. Again, I don't have to share your ideologies. Racism doesn't work in fighting racism. I'm not going to hold a whole race of men responsible for the B.S. of SOME men in their race.

I didn't respond to your direct question of Hate because I don't hate white people and I don't think you should either. This is the only thing I could address...the cold war question on why we expect & should expect you to fight with us.

Fight with you or fight for you? The latter is the way it comes across most of the time.

Again, if you have issues with white MEN then you as MEN need to take it up with them.

I'm all for fighting racism, but I sure as hell am not going to become racist in the process. Again, racism (the only tool black men seem to know how to use in this day and age) does not combat racism.

Your response tells me that you don't value history... reasons for me coming to that conclusion are...it seems you're saying that basically you/we can't learn from it, that its useless in our current day plight.

No my response tells you I don't live in history. I was born in 1985.

Also you believe that if Black men can love white women & prop them up on a pedestal, so should blackwomen in regards to whitemen. Furthermore, you feel there is no value in having 'racial pride' in present day black people.

I don't give two shyts who black men love...or black women for that matter. They can love whoever they want to love. I only take issue with any of the above if they are put down the opposite gender of their race. Otherwise, more power to them.

I don't believe who someone loves dedicates their "racial pride." The two are not mutually exclusive.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on any of my assertions &/or comprehension of your post...so I can make an accurate rebuttal.

Done!

You really seem obsessed with white men. Some of my closest friends so I definitely don't hate them. You just come off as obsessed and with this obsession you are willing to generalize your own people for the love of guys who probably would not want to do anything with u other than fukking u for 5 minutes. Let's keep it real, there are obviously brothers out there that hate white men but honestly I have come across more sistas hating on white girls in real life and online. I just think this topic is stupid and you should keep this shyt in the Bossip comments section

The fact that some men on an internet forum talking in a subsection dedicated to racial issues buy into that idea doesn't stop what you're suggesting from being completely anecdotal. Especially seeing as in no way does that account for the opinions of women.

There is definitely an interesting question in the midst of all this but you're not asking it.

You began this discussion by generalizing an entire group of people based on race...:wtf: you totally contradicted yourself in that statement.

Now onto the topic at hand. Do you honestly believe that whitemen could have accomplished their dominance of the world without White women by their side, supporting them? :stopitslime: Has white women benefited from the spoils of the Whiteman? This is why its important for us to be together in terms of progression of our people.

I clearly stated for you/blackwomen to 'fight with us'. Not for us. WE need you & you need us. If we are going to make something of ourselves in this Country...World. Which leads me to the next thing. The fight is not over in America...the goal has always been to make us extinct or endangered since slavery was done away with. You bring up an important argument about the only 'tool' the black man can use, yet you miss the entire reason for that being such. This is what Marcuz meant by you are not the target...we are.

The goal has always been to make the Black man, appear or be impotent in anything other than physical ability or sex. This propaganda has been spewed for decades & its worked. Presently, black men are nothing to 'them' if we aren't entertaining them. That's music/movies/sports...the only one of stature is Obama & look how despised he is by half of the whites in this country. All of our political leaders were killed off to discourage any Black man to rise up & fight openly against injustice.

So basically, we still DANCING :damn: Thug boys in gold who talk ignorant are plastered on the screen for girls to fawn over & young men to imitate. They are propped up as the model of young black men. Black women who conform to the white form of Beauty are praised & plastered on the screen as the model for what other young girls should aspire to be. Meanwhile in reality, resentment sets in because the 'thug boyz' don't blow up like they do in the video. Black men hate their women because they don't look like the chicks on the magazine & don't act like her either. Black Women are left wondering why am I alone in this? Black Men are left wondering why am I alone in this? We are playing out the stereotype to the fullest.

So now here comes the last chess move in this game. :to:

What happens when our women/you deny us....they take you in :demonic: The rape that happened in yesteryear happens all over again but in the mental state that plays out in the physical. With our women gone, our sons locked up, murdering each other in the streets, unable to gain or create employment...we are wiped away.

The Black Race in America is no more. You yunginn's don't even see whats being done to you. :sadcam:

This is the Art of War...

The answer to this question seems obvious.

Then let me add a little bit;

In what ways does the intersection of patriarchal hegemony and racial prejudice account for an imbalance in the way black males and females relate to wider society?

Take gender roles, class, generation, simple personal prejudice and other such considerations into account and it should be clear why gross generalisations aren't helpful.

No, I began this discussion by asking a question that is quite apparent to people both inside and outside the black community. It wasn't a racist question. Yes, it was a generalization of a group of people. However, it's wasn't a racist generalization of a group of people (which I loathed).

Again, this generalization has been confirmed right here on this thread by men who have either ADMITTED it or said something along the lines of "Yes, there are black men that feel that way..."

Now onto the topic at hand. Do you honestly believe that whitemen could have accomplished their dominance of the world without White women by their side, supporting them? :stopitslime: Has white women benefited from the spoils of the Whiteman? This is why its important for us to be together in terms of progression of our people.

You should probably be asking the men here this...since SOME seem to believe white supremacy equals white MALE supremacy.

This is what I know: Black men are fighting for their place IN patriarchy. Black women are fighting AGAINST patriarchy as it relates to the oppression of themselves (as any oppressed group would). We are NOT in this together. We haven't been in "this" together in a very long time.

Racial solidarity took a backseat when issues involving SEXISM IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY became overbearing for black women.

Now we have a new age of black women, who quite honestly, aren't going to put black men's issues (read: racial issues) before our own issues.

Bottom line: Deaf ears from black men concerning sexism WITHIN the black community will get you deaf ears from black women concerning your issues with white men.

I clearly stated for you/blackwomen to 'fight with us'. Not for us. WE need you & you need us. If we are going to make something of ourselves in this Country...World.

You stated that...I simply don't believe it. Black men have a way of USING black women only to roll right the hell over black women when you get what you want. All the protesting black women have done on behalf of black men hasn't amounted to any level of respect from black men. So, no I don't believe in the "fight with us" meme...because it almost always comes down to "fight for us and kiss our arse afterwards."

Furthermore, I would like to know what exactly are black men doing to "fight"? I'm not being purposely obtuse when I ask that question. I simply don't see it, which again, makes me question whether or not you actually want black women to do the fighting for you.

Yeah...okay.

And a fine job black men have done fighting this "propaganda." I see a whole like of black men fighting against the stereotype of the mandingo. :birdman:

I don't honestly believe the masses of black women sit around thinking, "why am I alone in this"? For the most part we've accepted being alone. I don't honestly believe the masses of black women expect anything from black men other than common courtesy. In my generation, the 80's babies, there just appears to be a growing indifference towards black men. I admit, I'm guilty of this myself.

Interesting theory, but I don't think I buy it.

The Black Race in America is no more. You yunginn's don't even see whats being done to you. :sadcam:
