I didn't mean it in a sexist or misogynist kinda way. It's just that MOST men I KNOW don't act super emotional over not getting attention from the opposite sex.

That's where you're wrong. When someone approaches you for any reason it's just conventional courtesy to respond to them in a polite fashion. Rather you say yes or no is come pearly your choice. But if you're the type of person to simply ignore someone like that and you continuously do it over time you're going to be looked at as either socially inept or someone with very bad energy and a horrid personality. Both parties are looked at as inadequate to society. At this point the only people who will want anything to do with you are others who share the same mind set and even then you might push them away. Learn how to conduct yourself.
