Don't you think some may just have preferences. On any given day I prefer light skin women, same way some people may prefer dark.

If the definition of 'colour struck' is hate for something you don't like be it light or dark, then fair enough.

But she's in the space of if it ain't dark it aint right, like with the Kendrick post. Which is just as bad, and the fishing for compliments in her YouTube comments section just exposes her.

Nah, a lot of black people have prefences. It's a lot who don't care about skin tone. But there are those who generally don't fukk with people of a certain shade & will turn their noses at them over it. Speaking from experience. I'm not in the same space as the girl in the video, but I know where she is coming from. I've been treated bogus as fukk, but then my younger sister is treated very well. There may have been times skin tone had may have nothing to do with it but, it's stuck in my head that light skinned people get better treatment that I often wonder if my skin had to do with it. It sucks to admit that I'm 27 years old and I love my chocolate kissed skin, but often wonder if when I get treated bogus was it because of my complexion.

I consider ugly to be 2 or more SD below the mean and I don't think she's quite there. She's below average imo but her personality/views push her into ugly territory.
And it has nothing to do with her skin tone, I know some gorgeous dark-skinned women
