So you been to prison and seen racial tension, cool, i`ve also been to prisons and seen the racial tension between guards and inmates. My brother was locked up for 4 years, so I get that.

Being a part of the problem is continuing ignorant behavior that adds to hatred.

You know nothing of my life so you can't really say that I do not know what racial tension is, I think if you live in America for the most part you experience it on a frequent basis.

You don't have to get a long with anyone, i`m just merely stating if you knew nothing of this board and came on here, you would think it's full of racism towards white people, which only fuels the fire of hatred between the two groups

It seems you group all white people into one stereotype, which isn't cool. "They" don't even like black people or people of color, what sort of statement is this? If you feel that way, that's on you, but logically it just isn't true and we both know that.

Breh, no offense but this aint the days of slavery anymore.. not all white people are bad because of what their ancestors did. Lets not forget the Slave trade was alive on Africa well before whites stepped in, even African Kings were selling slaves to the Portuguese

2 different concepts of slavery and they really can't even be compared, the African form of slavery was based on debt, not oppression and genocide like the european version, things like lethal weapons and mass murder were virtually unheard of in pre European african society. Your right, not all cacs are/were like that, but its like dealing wit lions, there are some individuals tamed enough to be civil but collectively they are instinctively flesh eating beast.

I hate when people bring up the whole "african kings sold slaves to Europeans" thing, there are 2 things you should understand about that
1) what the Europeans had to do to get these kings to sell them slaves (initiating tribal warfare then secretly supplying either and some times boths sides with weapons, destroying a tribes food supply, etc)
2) they had no knowledge of the European version of slavery, they had no idea these cacs were gonna stuff these people in boats like sardines and take them on a voyage so deadly more than half the captives wouldn't make it to the other side. All the African kings knew was the African version of slavery in which your family is not divided and sold off never to be seen again, you were not beaten and mutilated, your are not stripped of your native tongue, name, and understanding of god, and both parties understand that freedom is expected once the debt is paid. They didnt sell the captives to the europeans with knowledge of what they were actually goin to do with them.

i've noticed this (the racism) as well. i've actually been neg repping people that i've felt have been blatantly misusing these terms. and, imho, this place isnt too far off from becoming like st0rmfr0nt just because people are acting too ignorant for it not to become that way and they're creating excuses for being that way...
