Why you say that
Politics and the military are rigged against us. With that said you can still be successful, but you have to work twice as hard. That negro tax is very high in the field you're in. nikkas in this line of work have a high probability of becoming a c00n and most don't even realize it. Its like being a police officer. Them cacs will call you they brother and expect you to have their back. Don't fall for it.

Most of these dudes who put WW on a pedestal didn’t grow up around them. Those of us who did know how they are. Brad can be all up in her face looking at her breasts and all is well. Jamal makes eye contact and he’s a creep
Lmaooo. Have you been living under a rock for the past 4-5 months?

Work smart, be vague, don't over speak, look busy or preoccupied at all times. White ppl come with uncomfortable racist conversations so be prepared and if no answer, Google everything, listen but don't agree, put a time limit to their conversations like 2-5 minutes. The top book gives you answers to every single racist topic they bring up and how to handle it.

Majority of WW voted for trump despite his own history with women

Their allegiance is to the white male and whiteness in general. The portion of WW who are hardcore liberal feminists are a loud minority among them
So barring impeachment, will Trump win a 2nd term in 2020?

Lmao where the fukk do y’all work

Some of these are horrible strategies if you plan on upper management having your back in case of mass layoffs. If it comes down to you versus someone who:

A) performs at a similar level with a similar salary as you and B) is cool with upper management

...you will be receiving a pink slip. Seen it happen a lot. You brehs up in the office acting like scared lil squirrels when somebody tries to chat with you.

Not sure people's backgrounds / professions but you're going to have to socialize in order to advance in a lot of careers

THIS...

I've had a fair amount of jobs...

Believe if you're anti-social, you'll be the first to go in a second.

Number 2...gotdamn y'all work at some insidious ass places if this reality for the most of y'all...cacs gon cac...but in a lot of ways you have to play the game. I've had cacs shyt on me at work and then I've had some white folk goto bat for me.

For the record, the people who have done me the worst in my career have been black people.

I've just come to find it's company to company with shyt. I don't want to be in the corporate world my whole life...but ANY system in life that you didn't CREATE...You're gonna have to play the game a lil...

Just don't completely comprise who you are because of it.

I'm late to this thread, but here goes
  • Keep your personal life, personal. Don't divulge too much about yourself and what you do away from work. I sit at my desk all day and I know some people as much as they know themselves because they gossip and talk too much.
  • Don't get baited into racial or political discussions. A co-worker of mine who had recently gotten hired tried to get my take on Trump and I flat out told her that I'm not having this conversation. What you say can blow up in your face.
  • Good morning and good night is sufficient enough for conversation if you don't mesh with your immediate co-workers.
  • If you participate in happy hours after work, be on your Ps and Qs. Don't get shyt faced and do anything you wouldn't when you're sober. People are taking notes.
  • Watch what you say and how you say it. I've had senior executives feel threatened by me because I don't take things at face value. My direct boss suggested that I frame my statements as questions to make people feel comfortable.
  • Women: You're there to work, not flirt. In the era of Me Too, you have to be especially careful around them. Don't get too chummy. People will start talking. I've been through that at a former job and while I would have gone there with her if she wanted, being the subject of gossip isn't fun.
  • Be on time. Self explanatory.
  • Know when to play the game. Don't be a kiss ass but don't be someone people hate to work with.
