lemme explain; standing in the mirror and lining/trimming your beard, mustache, hairline..w/e every day or every other day works wonders for the image you have of yourself. It's like having a deep convo with yourself without talking. Get some clippers and hair & face products and keep yourself looking in top shape, trust me brehs.. that shyt will send your positivity levels thru the roof.
