I don't know if you touched on this but I found that a lot of depression can be circumnavigated once you concsiously understand that

1) You may have a low personal energy reservoir (thus making it hard to do anything, much less break a depression cycle)
and
2) How to increase that reservoir so that you can always be ACTIVE. A lot of your points come down to being active. But even before you can act you must gather the energy to do so (which can be done through meditation, exercise, therapy, etc...)

I see alot of ppl on here talking about mental health and a lot of ppl who seem socially awkward or anxious.

To give background, I went through a deep depression for 4 years. Isolated myself, and was socially anxious and shy. Super unhealthy.

I'd say around my sophomore year in college I made some huge changes that changed my life. I have never been depressed since, at least not in the sense of feeling like I wasn't alive or cared about live.

I can share exactly what I did and how I beat both... It's worked for 2 of my friends too.

I've posted about it but never went too in-depth.

Don't listen to the supplement nikkas, the best way to cure depression is to do it a natural, using pills and shyt ain't gonna have you in the gym and improving your mental image of yourself. Follow my steps brehs, this shyt will make you stronger too vs masking and hiding you depression. Stop lying to yourself and others, ACT NOW and stop delaying.

Aight here a quick cheat code guide to snap yourself out of that shyt.

2. Cold Showers (shyt works trust me)
3. Work-out 3-4x a week
4. Get outside as much as you can and get some sun, enjoy nature.
5. Don't even think about bytches, work on yourself.
6. Keep busy, read some books and listen to more music. 90s hip-hop (positive shyt) and jazz
7. Get money
9. Stop eating junk

lemme explain; standing in the mirror and lining/trimming your beard, mustache, hairline..w/e every day or every other day works wonders for the image you have of yourself. It's like having a deep convo with yourself without talking. Get some clippers and hair & face products and keep yourself looking in top shape, trust me brehs.. that shyt will send your positivity levels thru the roof.

All this shyt is mental my g, I was mad depressed 2016 and I turned my life around with those simple steps

^ all that is fine and most welcome once you've shook the torpor and lethargy and actually got your ass off the couch and out of your house but for peeps that have actual factual proper depression then the DLPA boost is essential in actually making it happen due to how it works in the body in terms of endorphins and how they in turn effect motivation and mood.

Put it this way all that stuf you mentioned is the engine and what I'm speaking on is the starter motor. Both need to work in order to generate action but without the initial spark you're going nowhere.

YMMV but I've put numerous people who've been in the deepest of funks onto this and the vast majority shook months, years or decades of depression with a quickness but do you. Remember, the best way to remain ignorant is to refuse to acknowledge new information or test it yourself.
