^ all that is fine and most welcome once you've shook the torpor and lethargy and actually got your ass off the couch and out of your house but for peeps that have actual factual proper depression then the DLPA boost is essential in actually making it happen due to how it works in the body in terms of endorphins and how they in turn effect motivation and mood.

Put it this way all that stuf you mentioned is the engine and what I'm speaking on is the starter motor. Both need to work in order to generate action but without the initial spark you're going nowhere.

YMMV but I've put numerous people who've been in the deepest of funks onto this and the vast majority shook months, years or decades of depression with a quickness but do you. Remember, the best way to remain ignorant is to refuse to acknowledge new information or test it yourself.

Word ..word. factual depression ain't no joke but most these dudes in here just need some simple solutions I'm willing to bet.

But

Thats what shrooms are for, 3-4grams will totally reset and potentially rid that shyt permanently.

Truth on many levels breh. Too many people claim depression like a set because they think it's "cool". The real deal is a bytch as it just sucks all the joy out of your life and has you walking around numb, nothing going on with no feelings at all like a zombie.
There are deep reasons why it occurs and it does serve a purpose but the conventional medicine/psychotropics do very little in the way of helping it effectively as they are based on a very flawed model.

Case in point, when Prozac and co starting gaining traction and them boys wanted to market it to Africa they were surprised when the docs said "we don't need it, we know how to cure depression". A man had stepped on a land mine and had his leg blown off and could no longer provide for his family via farming and was understandably depressed by his situation. The docs listened to his complaint, empathised with it and then bought him a cow.

The cow gave him a focus, solved his immediate problem and provided an income stream and this lead to the depression lifting with a quickness as he was given his esteem back and a new psychological framework to view life as well as a reciprocal relationship.

People really need to talk more, real communication and not this internet fronting because that's a huge cause of this as peeps just don't know how to be satisfied in them selves these days and those with the biggest followers are often the loneliest inside.

The reason why I champion DLPA as a first stop is because L-phen is mainly a precursor to all endogenous phethylamines which include PEA, dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine.

D-phen inhibits enkephalinase which breaks down enkephalins. Enkephalins stimulate the delta and mu opioid receptors, which in turn release even more dopamine.

Put these two together and you get that boost and let me tell you a tiny little spark is often enough for someone lost in the dark and seeking a way out as the motivational change, when backed up with a well implemented support plan like you mentioned, can literally bring people back to life and I've seen it happen numerous times myself.

This is a good read about the truth of depression and it's treatment:

Is everything you think you know about depression wrong?

Because it is, like most things in this age, a scam perpetuated to make money.

I'll throw in my 2 cents....

For me its good to have some sense of accomplishment. For example, I'll buy a book and read 5-10 pages a day. Just to get away from everything. In a month or two when I finish the book it gives me a sense of accomplishment. I also do the same thing and start a savings goal, I'll need to save X amount in my savings. It makes you get up everyday with a purpose. That's what works for me.

I see alot of ppl on here talking about mental health and a lot of ppl who seem socially awkward or anxious.

To give background, I went through a deep depression for 4 years. Isolated myself, and was socially anxious and shy. Super unhealthy.

I'd say around my sophomore year in college I made some huge changes that changed my life. I have never been depressed since, at least not in the sense of feeling like I wasn't alive or cared about live.

I can share exactly what I did and how I beat both... It's worked for 2 of my friends too.

I've posted about it but never went too in-depth.
I've been trying to help a friend of mine overcome her depression but she just refuses to commit to doing anything that will help her. She's always starting and stopping and ending up back at square one :snoop:

Still on "part 1"and let me say this:

As someone who has researched this topic to death and went through a bad spell years ago, I can say with a 100% certainty that this brother knows what he is talking about. This is a high quality thead so far and it deserves a lot more attention than it's getting. Good job OP.

I haven't said either of those.

I gave concrete info. If you can't understand that, you deserve your depressed life. I already said the first part is understanding. If you are't going to apply it, and all you got out of it was that then good luck to you captain.

People are too cynical and don't want to make any real effort.
