Word ..word. factual depression ain't no joke but most these dudes in here just need some simple solutions I'm willing to bet.
But
Thats what shrooms are for, 3-4grams will totally reset and potentially rid that shyt permanently.
Truth on many levels breh. Too many people claim depression like a set because they think it's "cool". The real deal is a bytch as it just sucks all the joy out of your life and has you walking around numb, nothing going on with no feelings at all like a zombie.
There are deep reasons why it occurs and it does serve a purpose but the conventional medicine/psychotropics do very little in the way of helping it effectively as they are based on a very flawed model.
Case in point, when Prozac and co starting gaining traction and them boys wanted to market it to Africa they were surprised when the docs said "we don't need it, we know how to cure depression". A man had stepped on a land mine and had his leg blown off and could no longer provide for his family via farming and was understandably depressed by his situation. The docs listened to his complaint, empathised with it and then bought him a cow.
The cow gave him a focus, solved his immediate problem and provided an income stream and this lead to the depression lifting with a quickness as he was given his esteem back and a new psychological framework to view life as well as a reciprocal relationship.
People really need to talk more, real communication and not this internet fronting because that's a huge cause of this as peeps just don't know how to be satisfied in them selves these days and those with the biggest followers are often the loneliest inside.
The reason why I champion DLPA as a first stop is because L-phen is mainly a precursor to all endogenous phethylamines which include PEA, dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine.
D-phen inhibits enkephalinase which breaks down enkephalins. Enkephalins stimulate the delta and mu opioid receptors, which in turn release even more dopamine.
Put these two together and you get that boost and let me tell you a tiny little spark is often enough for someone lost in the dark and seeking a way out as the motivational change, when backed up with a well implemented support plan like you mentioned, can literally bring people back to life and I've seen it happen numerous times myself.
This is a good read about the truth of depression and it's treatment:
Is everything you think you know about depression wrong?
Because it is, like most things in this age, a scam perpetuated to make money.
