I'm going to be strict starting today

no cheating till thanksgiving:whew:

All I had today(woke up at 12) is whey, and coffee

trying to go 2-3 more hours

Im on the overnight shift this week and i burn the most fat because my eating window is 3-11 so im working 8 hours with no food then sleep. Ill try to stretch the fast to 18-20 hrs

Been doing this for 3-4 weeks now. I feel much fuller going to bed than before.

Ramadan is coming up, so I'm gonna be fasting during the day. Trying not to let it completely ruin the progress I've made thus far, so I figured maybe some form of intermittent fasting might be a good idea.


Does anyone have experience with this? Just looking for some pointers. Any advice you can offer is appreciated.

I did it over the summer. It was hard at first but I got use to it and drank a lot of water.

Oh and the first few days I could barely sleep. That part was just ....:noah:

Probably gonna go back on it soon, gained some weight since I've been off and most of it went to my waist.

The difference on how I feel is day and night, besides my morning coffee/tea I have nothing. No almonds, no powder, not fruit, just nothing. The first 2 days I had to over come the hunger but by the third day my body knows what up, I was afraid of doing a fast for this long, but now I think I may stick to 20+ hr fasts.

I'm a manager in a restaurant with 2 floors and run around non stop for about 9-10 hours

keeps me mobile, and I have no time to sit and take breaks anyway:sadcam:

so I basically eat when I get home where I can rest and eat comfortably

and my meals are:ooh:

been saving me.

I went on the scale after having not gone on it for a while and I'm at 152.2lbs :bryan:.

I guess I got like 12 or so more lbs to go before I get to bulk and I'll be able to hit the gym more regularly :whoo:.

ive been doing it since first week of jan..brutal shyt brehs but after 2 weeks i adjusted...i knocked off like 25 pounds in 10 weeks..might be more..i weigh myself again at the end of march...cardio has improved greatly...lifts are a bit of a struggle because of the weight loss so sometime after easter im going to have to tweak it a little
