after seeing all these numbers not even gon post mine :scust::mjcry:
Nobody came out the gate benching 200 except for weirdos like Ronnie Coleman

I remember how big of a deal it was to rep 135 on bench :gladbron: Those were the days. So much hope for the future :ohlawd:

But yea if u keep at it in a smart way u will get up. #HardWork :lift:

I could squat and deadlift a fair bit off rip. But when I started on the bench I couldn't even bench that 20kg barbell for a single proper rep. Zero upper body strength. I've been training consistently and properly for 3 years now. Made some gains with a bad routine for a prior 2 years with basically no real leg days.

Funny thing with me and deadlifts is I can pretty much always pull at least 350 for a single. I remember I took like 2-3 years off of deads and pulled 450 for a single no problem. As long as my squats are good I can pull a good 100lbs more than whatever I'm repping on heavy back squats no problem

I'm an old man (38) and a beer drinker, so my numbers will never be great. I also feel limited because I never lifted weights much until I was about 30. May just be in my head though.

But, these are for 3 sets of 4 reps (I never do a 1RM).

225 bench
335 squat/dead

I'm 5'10/195.

I have no idea what my bench 1RM is because I don't really ever barbell bench. Last time I tested it was like 14 months ago and I was at 205. My dumbbell bench and weighted dips have continuously increased though, so I'm just gonna call my bench max 225 because I think it would be about right

Bench -- 225
Squat -- 305
Deadlift -- 375
Total -- 905

5'9" 163 lbs, age 32

My progression stopped in October because I once again strained a muscle in my hip. Haven't squatted since. Been doing 5 rep low-handle hex bar deadlifts once per week to attempt to maintain my strength until I heal. I'm sure my squat is down a bit, but my deadlift may be up a bit. I hit 395x1 on high-bar hex deadlift not too long ago, so I know my strength is still close to what it was.
