I dont like squats or dl

not to be confused with not liking leg day, I like leg day - its just my left knee and back are horrible (back is strong, but my posture is horrible) I still squat multiple times a month but I feel like im nearing the end of squatting heavy (315 x 10 reps, 365 x 5 reps, etc) and maybe just focusing on 225 for 20 reps type working out

whenever I squat heavy weight its always in my mind that my left knee just gonna give out on me one day completely with 8 plates on my back

im rarely in a healthy mind state when I squat
edit: 5'8 , down to 188

was 193-195 most of the second half of last year weighing the most at 197 last year
