Big 3 lifts (Bench,Squats,Deads)

my legs have caught up but at my age and current situation my upper body will never be what it once was

currently:
squat: 315 1RM
dead: 405 1RM
bench: 275 ( i hit for 2 reps, don't think i'd push it past that)

all time bench max was 315 before shoulder surgery



i'm 6'0" and currently about 205lbs

How old are you? And a 315 squat is good/great breh, don't let nobody tell you different

well I don't train for 1RM but I do train for my strength weeks for 4 reps for bench and squats. 3 reps for deadlifts.

Bench - 217
Squat- 317
Deadlift - 245

I used the 1RM calculator for the bench and squa ones. I think I could get 225 as my 1rm for my bench, but I think my squat would be lower then 317. Also I don't use any assistance and use a double overhand grip for my deadlift so that is why it is lower then it could be.

How long you been lifting?
