l just got to the old lumiere gardens in Act 3 which feels like I'm at the very end as Maelle mentions dude is probably up ahead. I'm level 48~50 with the party and it feels odd, I don't recall the game nudging me to go explore or see anything else yet I keep seeing people talking about doing all these other side quests and stuff. I don't feel like I'm under leveled as the game has been fairly easy and yet I'm at the end presumably.

you could probably go straight from the end of act 2 into the end of game sequence without issue

but yes people are missing a *ton* of side content and story by doing so - it can all still be completed after clearing the end either way though

Does the game actually tell you in some sort of way?
like it's weird most games usually have some sort of "Hey, you want to check these things out before going on ahead?" type of interaction that lets you know you can do so. I just went from A to B after each dungeon as everything felt sort of urgent.

Well I mean not "Go here and do stuff." but the way the story just progresses everything feels urgent it doesn't seem like these cats ever took a breather. Outside of the little Gestral town, it felt like these dudes accelerated towards the "villain" at break neck speed. I think maybe in the first act I saw some other stuff but ignored it. I guess I'll just complete it and if I feel like it go back.

Just packed up the two super bosses with the Maelle first turn nuke shyt. I got the game late because I wanted a physical copy. Didn’t even know until recently they nerfed that Stendhal move. Still got the job done.

Wrapping up all the side content and getting the trophies before I beat the game
