I do like this album though.

I think it will grow on me more as time goes on.

I enjoyed the first half more on the second spin, it's not a bad collection of songs

well what can i say. its apparent that they (rae, ghost, and them) need someone with some sort of coherent vision... like rza.
there are some dope songs on here, but overall feels more like a mixtape than a real album, much less sc2.
ai videos and cover art dont help either.

OB4CL2 really the outlier when it comes to these sequel albums.

RRGB2 for me as well, I'm trying to think if anybody else has pulled it off sonically

nah, but now that you bring up that Zoom and Ghost is putting out old tracks ima need Dre to re release the original version of Zoom but with the LL version beat that has the synths

shoulda called it the pretty tony pt 2....this shyt everywhere as far as a sonic landscape goes. Some songs i fukk wit some i dont. Some Ghost voice sounds great others sound like he was going through some sinus issues. I fukk wit like 6 tracks tuff the rest are mid. The main issue once again is PRODUCTION. How is Westside Gunn able to aquire a production sound that sounds like a classic updated wu with a looooooong list of producers yet ghost cant reach out. Hes fine staying in house and im not talking wu in house (tru master, 4th, bronze etc) but these mid underground white producers. I dont get it. I just witnessed conductor williams LACE a rome streetz......Theres really no excuse for it. Especially when u let it out ya mouth alchemist been begging to work with you. Im not ready to rate this album yet tho these are just my initial thoughts and frustrations.

I was worried that somehow Keisha fukking Plum would have better beats for a spoken word album than GFK if left to his own devices.

Must have been using the 25 year old microphone from the OG Supreme Clientele album cover.

I’m on my 3rd listen and it’s all over the place.

I’m in the Mixtape / Lost Tapes camp on this one, like others have said.

Travesty calling this Supreme Clientele 2.

I prefer Rae’s album tbh.

I’ll prob mix the two for a better listening experience.

Take most tracks from Rae’s (I didn’t like Debra Night Wine) and discard the skits.

Add the best of Ghost’s tracks from this record.

See what that comes out like.
