congrats how did I.F feel for your first week
Feels good..yesterday was the worst in terms of hunger but it's not that bad..my body hasn't fully adjusted though im still getting hunger pains..but maybe it's because I've been working out fasted in the AM

yea working out fasted will increase rhe hunger... you dont necessarily have to do that tho ill usually eat my first meal then workout and have my last meal later on.. ive been fine with that routine

Water is absolutely fine you'll benefit more by drinking water before and during the fast.. you have a 7 hour eating window so 2 big meals packed with protein and moderate on carbs should have you feeling good
and its ok to eat small snacks in between meals just as long as your counting your calories and not exceeding your caloric intake goal

Everytime i do abs i get hunger pains and this cut my sleep
I gotta wake up after that eat sometimes otherwise i cant sleep

Hw do u get used to those hunger pain

Fasted in the AM and then IF until 12?
