Like expected, I lost a decent amount of weight doing this. I gotta work hard to preserve my muscle mass tho cuz a breh is looking skinny.

I haven't actually weighed myself tho so maybe I just got rid of a bunch of bloat. :patrice:

Never heard of it. How does that work?

They take your height and weight and then they use these calipers to measure the amount of fat between your muscle and skin. They take measurements at your chest, waist, and legs. Then you find out what your lean mass is, and how much water weight/fat you're carrying. Also most importantly your body fat percentage.

Hmm i might try this, would be a good restart to get myself going. was going gym quite often a couple of months ago but then fell off when i had to do my final dissertation for uni and just started a new job now as well.

recently my diet hasn't been to good

but can i use this to gain lean muscle? cause im trying to get bigger without adding to much fat.

Hmm i might try this, would be a good restart to get myself going. was going gym quite often a couple of months ago but then fell off when i had to do my final dissertation for uni and just started a new job now as well.

You gain very little muscle while fasting. You look bigger because you lean out and the muscle you already have becomes much more defined.

Just started this week, along with the 100 push ups a day. I'll try the 16 on 8 off to see how my body handles it. So far not bad. Just making it home after the gym to have a final meal is hard. I'm doing 130pm to 930pm.

Lost about 8 pound.. however I always lose weight fast when I diet
Lost 1.75 inch of belly waist...that usually takes a month..

Energy and all that is the truth...and need less sleep... I am training right now.

Disclaimers..

I was able to do 16/8 off the bat.
I did 18/6 a few time with ease..
I drink a green smoothie everyday to boost vitamin and eat clean..

So for me it might just be a match more than anything

But it's the best form of training/diet I ever did.

This IF diet is epic....I'm leaning up and becoming more vascular...On top of I literally feel better...I've lost over 18 LBs. I am closer to a 18-6 2 of which are hours I'm normally sleep so really closer to a 20 Fasted 4 fed and I train in the morning fasted than I go into the whole day until the night time fasted.

I was doing my usual IF yesterday. Yesterday was leg/glute day, so I would do the usual leg workouts like Squats, Romanian Deadlifts, Bench Glute Thrust, but I would incorporate them with jumprope. I didn't eat the WHOLE DAY. I literally ate my first meal when I went to Dave And Busters that night around 9. It was a 1300 calorie sandwich with fires on the side. I also had 1 Coke and Malibu, a Henny and Strawberry drink, a Coconut Ice Rum Drink called Miami nice, and 2 Henny and Cokes. I had ALL THAT last night, and the scale showed that I LOST 1lb between last night and this morning. That's how I know IF works.

EDIT-That's not IF causing the weightloss, that's just simple carb restriction and timing.
