Been working out for the last two weeks but my IF been all fukked I’m on vacation so I’m about to get it back on track today.

Good. You shouldn't try to IF or diet (not saying you did) on a vacation. Those times are for maximum enjoyment. Enjoy yourself, come back, clang and bang for 60-90 days.

The beauty is the number of variations on it. I originally started using the 5:2 plan (5 days eating, 2 days fasting). That sucked balls. I switched to a 18hr/6hr daily plan and it worked very well. Even when I don't fast, I now naturally eat within a certain time window. It came easy working outside the home, but when I work for home its incredibly difficult.

I've never tracked calories. For me it's about creating a healthier lifestyle. In my 40s I have to be more intentional about my activity and workouts, my diet

I've never counted calories. Its just a lifestyle decision to reduce the number of meals I eat.

I’ve been doing this

1-2 replacement shakes and one meal and I drink only water and I eat between 7-3

I go to gym 4-5 days a week and I do cardio
