:wow::wow::wow:

Where’s Horton Plaza and the gas lamp district?

If someone forced me to leave that for filthy ass Philly I’d literally kill myself.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Good analogy combined DC and Bmore. One think I like about the Northeast is that you can go from NYC to Philly to Bmore to DC and all the styles, lingo is totally different. Each city has it own unique look.

Yea but I disagree with the DC. DC is a very unique east coast city. Baltimore and Philly clearly have some similarities even down to the way they talk sometimes.

Moreso this than anything.

I'd compare NYC to Jersey before I'd compare NYC to Philly

It's like Houston and Dallas

Completely different cities, completely different politics and shyt.

not really cause one portion of Jersey is Philly and the other portion is NY.

Camden, NJ is pretty much a twin city of Philly

Dont really matter. There’s way more to do in San Diego than Philly :russ:

a 90 min drive to LA. 6 hour drive or a short flight to Vegas. A short drive to Mexico. The beaches, the women, the vibe, the weather. It’s not even close.

If we’re using proximity as a measuring stick, Philly is a 90 min drive to Baltimore, less than a 2 hour drive to NYC, a 3 hour drive to DC, a short drive/day’s trip journey to the Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland beaches, within reach of the Poconos, less than 30+ mins from the 2nd biggest mall in America, a day’s trip to Hershey’s Park, and within an hour drive to Atlantic City.

Philly ain’t really that similar to NY other than being close. It’s more like a DC/Baltimore hybrid.

That’s how I feel too. The only part of Philly I get that NYC vibe from is Center City, most of South Philly, and the Kensington. The rest of the city reminds me more of either DC (West Philly and parts of NW Philly) or Baltimore (SW Philly and North Philly).
