I have a better salary return on effort taking 3 months to get my CISSP and another 6 months getting CCDP than putting a year + to get the CCIE.
Not to mention I've been catching up on network automation through Cisco DevNet and following David Bombal.
There's just more shyt I'm interested in at this point than BGP, MPLS and DMVPN.
I def feel you with getting the CISSP & and learning automation now ...this CCIE shyt is on another level of fukkery

Since about November I been doing heavy python automation at my role (by choice). Now Im putting more effort into creating my own tools to take this shyt to the next level.
Do you touch BGP or MPLS in your role now? Just curious
