Is Beanie Sigel in the goat debate:mjlol:?

The answer to that would be no. And thats not even an insult to Beans whos probably in and out of my top 10,but mostly in. I think Kendrick moved into some peoples top 10s after this showing. But that doesnt put you in the goat convo imo. If the new generation wanted to put Kendrick as the goat,i probably wouldnt be mad at it. But if you are over the age of 35,arguing Kendrick as the goat? Ridiculous imo.

So i guess to answer your question,it depends on whos having the convo. Along with the classic he benefited from a weaker era argument:sas1:
Beans doesn’t fit the criteria of at least 5 of those categories I mentioned

I grew up in the 90s. Pac is my GOAT and Nas is #2. 3-5 is usually between Biggie, Jay and Face. I would say at this point, Kendrick is in my top ten (before this rap battle even started).

So instead of all this laughing shyt, what is the criteria to be considered a GOAT and what is Kendrick lacking? This ain’t about a personal preference.

This alone does what I said, which is, makes you the exception. At the end of the day people who became teenagers in the 90s are not going to give Kendrick his respect.
I’m not so sure about that. I’m sure a large segment of his fan base were teens at some point in the 90s. You can see that right here on the coli

I’m just being objective. Even if folks my age don’t put much weight in Drake (me included) I can still acknowledge he’s one of the biggest hip hop acts of all time. If Drake didn’t have that ghostwriting asterisk next to his name I’d prolly say he belongs in the top 10 convo. He’s one of the most dominant rappers ever. So for Kendrick to do what he did to him cements his legacy imo. He’s done it all at this point and that’s not even including all the accolades and critical acclaim.
Drake was dominant due to industry plant tactics and an INCREDIBLY weak era. He desn't belong in the top 100.

I think it's very hard to say he's not top 10. I wouldn't be mad at top 5 although I'd say he doesn't quite make it on my personal list. He could easily keep moving up though, seems like he has plenty of juice left
