on my 7 day feels real good havent got cravings which is surprissing me doing fun workouts just cardio on the eliptical and treadmill i hate but i love weight training:obama:

Sounds like common sense approach .
yeah fukk all that calorie counting shyt. I just started eating clean and intense cardio. 2 years ago I went from 190 fat to 155 melted fat in 2 months. Now I'm at 180 of muscle. Only 5'9.

What are some good proteins Shake for after workout? Also I really get hungry at night, is there anyway to replace that

basically just what you said

i used to take protein shakes before bed instead of post workout in order to stop cravings both at night and in the morning

when i was at the end of my cut, i ate two large meals(700-1000 cal) and a shake with either milk or water before bed depending on the size of the meals prior

and i like syntha 6 but its basically whatever you find good. I dont really think the differences with shakes extends past taste. There was a thread talking about how some(i think body fortress) were bunk but youd have to do a search

I'm at 196 right now and I'm tryna get down to 190, 185 at the very minimum. I just wanna cut up. What is a good supplement to take?

Are you trying to lose fat? I guess there's fat burners, but I don't know if those work.


Cardio, diet, and make sure you eat fiber.

I dont think I have much fat to lose, maybe my mid section but I can see my top 4 abs. I'm suppose to be on a few beaches this summer and it's got me like :lupe:

I want to be all defined nshyt. Put some emphasis on my cuts
