Select 55. Be Selective.I usually just try to stick to fruit/veggies in the morning cause I know I'm gone fukk up some food for diner.
I was able to totally stop drinking pop/juice. I drink just water and unsweetened green tea.
My problem is fukking beer. Literally every day is a struggle with me fighting myself not to drink.
Some days I eat absolutely nothing all day just so I can drink some beer in the evening. I know it's not healthy but, I can't help it.
I need some zero calorie stuff that makes you feel full.
And trying to diet with a pregnant wife is absolute torture.
I'll make it through a day felling good about my calorie intake, then she gets a 1am craving for a fukking milkshake or some shyt![]()

what are you doing in the gym and are you counting your calories ?been going to the gym for about a month, and kinda bummed that i'm not seeing significant results as of yet...i think i'm doing something wrong idk.

Right now I've been focusing on cardio with doing the elliptical and cross trainer, then doing squats (which I think my form is wrong. Don't feel the burn in my legs like I once did), bridges and sit ups.what are you doing in the gym and are you counting your calories ?
You need to eat multiple small meals per day so that way you are not starving yourself, start by walking on the treadmeal, then jog and when you are comfortable enough run, the rowing machine is good as well, use the steps instead of elevators, during your break or lunch go for a walk and try to meal prep for the week.Right now I've been focusing on cardio with doing the elliptical and cross trainer, then doing squats (which I think my form is wrong. And personally speaking I think I still undereat. These days I have maybe one meal a day.

Thanks man I apprciate the speedy reply, I plan to do a calisthenics for strength training, mixed with some free weights when I go with wifey to the gym.carb up the day before big workouts
