just take your time and stick with something consistent
i lost 30lbs within the first 2 months and barely looked different, but the minute i adjusted to what im showing yall i noticeably looked "thinner".
1lb of pure fat loss is much more noticeable than 3lbs of "you arent sure"
This is the first "diet" I've been able to easily follow and see results. My co-worker is on some no corn diet and she's got this list of foods she's not supposed to have tacked up to the wall. My other homegirl talm bout eating salads for the rest of her life and both of them bytches are hungry LMAO!!
I haven't been hungry once following this plan and I've been on diets where my stomach is hollowed out from not having enough food. Like waking up in the middle of the night and can't sleep hungry. I can't even tell you how much I appreciate your advice and guidance.
