the thing that really stood out was the 6" tuna sub close to the top when it aint really that close to the top :russ:

if you want my honest opinion about staying away from hormones

best bet is farm grown eggs, organic milk, wild game, and wild fish

everything else runs the "risk" tbh

How many reps/sets should I be doing in order to see results? (Sorry If you've answered this before). I've been trying to go to the gym 3 days a week. I do 30 mins of cardio and then I hit up 4-5 machines doing 3 sets of 15 reps. I have no clue the names of each machine, but I like the leg press and tricep machines the best. The leg extension took me out and I had to do 3 sets in between other machines. My legs died.

im not real good with women lifting BUT

i personally train full body when possible with less reps less sets high weight(strength)

right now im gymless so im pyramiding various calesthinics to get by :to:

i had my old girl doing squats, kettle bell swings, pushups, DB rows, and DB overhead press

she did 5x5 and increased the weight every 2 weeks

she got up to 30lb swings, 135 squat, 5x5 pushups 20lb db row, 20lb OH press

her grip :whew:

the idea with men(and should apply to women)

is that strength routines spare more muscle(given higher weight) therefore ensure more weight that is lost is fat

I looked up double burger and it has 930 kcal :whew: and 50 grams of protein. I need to hit 2300 kcal per day with 200 grams of protein.

So let's I say eat that shyt in morning. Does it mean that all the rest food for this day is only protein food? I need to get at least 120 grams still. How do I go about it?

I remember you posted that you eat burgers too. :whew:

How many meals a day do you plan on eating? I've found it's easier to calculate if you stick to a certain number of meals but that may not work for everyone. Based on your numbers of 2300 kcal/200g protein, I would "build out" your meal plan based on that burger and then spread calories/protein out amongst the other meals For Ex:


5 meals

Meal 1 342.5kcal/37.5g
Meal 2 342.5kcal/37.5g
Meal 3 930kcal/50g (Angus Burger)
Meal 4 342.5kcal/37.5g
Meal 5 342.5kcal/37.5g

4 meals

Meal 1 456kcal/50g
Meal 2 930kcal/50g (Burger)
Meal 3 456kcal/50g
Meal 4 457kcal/50g

I typically use a 5 meal plan and a 4 or 3 meal plan on the weekends. But basically if you have one thing you want to eat, just build out the rest of your meals from there.

I like the 5x5 by the time I was ready to tap out I was already at 4. Surely I can struggle through this last one. I'm still feeling out the machines but today I did:
