duck is great, but has higher fat content than Turkey/Chicken(because of it usually being game)

im not real good with women lifting BUT
i personally train full body when possible with less reps less sets high weight(strength)
right now im gymless so im pyramiding various calesthinics to get by
i had my old girl doing squats, kettle bell swings, pushups, DB rows, and DB overhead press
she did 5x5 and increased the weight every 2 weeks
she got up to 30lb swings, 135 squat, 5x5 pushups 20lb db row, 20lb OH press

I looked up double burger and it has 930 kcaland 50 grams of protein. I need to hit 2300 kcal per day with 200 grams of protein.
So let's I say eat that shyt in morning. Does it mean that all the rest food for this day is only protein food? I need to get at least 120 grams still. How do I go about it?
