My negga Krakk. I m back in LA Fitness now. What do you recommend for cutting and building at once ?

What do you mean breh?

Diet wise? I usually try to eat maintenance or a little under and run and EC stack when cutting.

Routine wise I always do PHAT in spring/summer, I guess the volume burns more cals and usually gives me a leaner look than the other routines I've tried. I can't do it year round though leaves me way to exhausted.

Breh I'm and ecto with sickle cell. :sadcam: These gains were HARD. no homo.

im ecto as well, and my chest was the hardest to develop too. i had little problem with other large muscle groups etc etc... but chest goddamn that shyt took forever... i think i noticed the most progression through cables.. allowed me to scale my flys perfectly.. but yeah props for that, especially having SC.. you pretty much had the barest of essentials to build a chest.

Breh switch up between dumbbells and bb bench, also dips with the belt even if you only get a few reps in shyt will have your chest and tris like :ooh:

the only bad thing about having big legs like that is it takes like an inch or two of your dikk stats....
