My negga Krakk. I m back in LA Fitness now. What do you recommend for cutting and building at once ?

Diet wise? I usually try to eat maintenance or a little under and run and EC stack when cutting.
Routine wise I always do PHAT in spring/summer, I guess the volume burns more cals and usually gives me a leaner look than the other routines I've tried. I can't do it year round though leaves me way to exhausted.
