Essential Official Random Thoughts Thread (Ladies only)
I really have acquired a lot of connections in my field and I would LOVE to start some kind of organization or networking group of some sort with BP with similar positions as me however...
90% of them are men and I know that they only stay in contact with me because they are trying to fukk me on some backdoor shyt.
I have 2 work husbands
who literally give me all the gossip I could ever wanna know. One is long distance and the other is right next door.
I tried to get the long distance one to come to move his company to my location but my region is very difficult and he is scared of it. I know he could kill it based on his performance though.
I feel like if they could put their dikks down we would be such a solid team. We all have 3 different personalities but move the same.
Honestly I feel like we could branch off and start our own company. That shyt would be soooo successful.
Oh well. Imma still throw it out there but I can't figure out a purpose for the organization. Maybe it could be like NSBE.
But I have no desire to do all the work myself. They would definitely play along but idk how they would all respond to each other as far as team work.
Combined we all probably have 20 years of experience. Maybe a consulting firm...that's actually not a bad idea.

After that he said he was gonna buy me lunch...cool. I thought I was getting some Door Dash. I asked him what my budget is and then he changed it to "take me to lunch"...hmm okay. Then it was taking me "somewhere nice." Then he made a joke about me "scooping him up soon."
Now he's a little smooth and has a little game, I'll give him that. He's been really good at playing it cool but...
This nikka doesn't know I'm a man eater. I'm so good with men at this point it's kinda not even fair. He isn't ready.
Just a side note, I have been on my best behavior since we have been at this location. I have a huge personality and I use to run my last building. I was hyper competitive and it made the building soooo much fun. Everyone in the building use to be in our office constantly. I have been trying not to do too much here. That went out the window today.
I decided to have a Halloween Contest for my team and decorate our office for Halloween. I wish you could have seen the other teams light up. They loved it and he especially could not stay away. I hope they decorate too so we could get some life in this dry ass location. He was supposed to be doing orientations but he came into my office every chance he got.
My coworker has been on this trip about how strong the men in the building are and getting them to show off their strength. She tried to do everything in her power to get this nikka to lift something heavy and he would not do the shyt. She has no game whatsoever.
I told her "Watch this" and had this nikka doing curls with me and her 2 minutes later. She loved it. He loved it.
I got a kick outta that. They're lucky I ain't on that demon time because I'd have them both on the ride if their lives. But it's only fun flirting for me. I ain't trying to break no more hearts or create a messy situation over a fleeting curiosity. But it was a fun thought.
His cousin is his direct report and his jaw almost hit the floor when he saw him lifting us. I think his cousin told him to fall back because he tried to chill out a little but couldn't stay away.
Somehow he managed to glide back into my office.
The building got everyone food and the conversation turned to people's diet. His direct report was smoozing with my team a little and my work husband started accusing him of "showing out for the girls"...yes the same nikka who was just curling us like dumbbells was accusing some else of showing out for women.
Anyway, my work husband started saying something about having a good diet and only eating good food. I looked him dead in his eye and asked him "What type of good food do you like to eat?" This nikka broke character and started stuttering so hard I almost laughed.
I didn't ask him in a sexual way but I have this thing I can do where I came say something in just the right appropriate tone of voice to sound inappropriate. If I am not speaking directly speaking to you then you probably won't notice it. It so freaking subtle but it has never missed.
Honestly I have no idea how I learned to do it. It just kinda showed up one day. I haven't used it in years but today was the day.
After that he damn near tried to run away. It was time to go at that point so I decided to stop fukking with him.
I ain't shyt. I was bored and decided to have some fun. I got a kick out of making half the building horny.

My boss is so dumb breh. Like this nikka just makes up shyt on the fly. No rhythm or reason.
He asked me today to give him a list of the administrative tasks that take up the majority of my time so he can make those tasks remote. He wants to reduce my OT.
I'm not going to help your reduce my money...are you dumb?
I told him I don't do administrative tasks. My job is direct communications and safety monitoring. Silence.
Four things.
First, how does this guy not know exactly what he's paying me to do? It's been literal years.
Second, he could reduce my OT by actually showing up to work but he won't do that.
Third, he does this twice a year and he always just keeps paying my OT.
Fourth, we already have 2 remote administrative assistances. One is literally an idiot who I have to check once a week for her smart ass mouth. All the GD administrative tasks are already accounted for.
Then one of the other employees got on his nerves so he just made up a rule wanting me to draft a write up letter saying if they get more than 3 safety violations they're fired.
That sounds administrative my nikka give it to your new remote worker.
Second, we had a guy get in 2 accidents last week. The second came straight up off a suspension. He still has a job. He LITERALLY never fires anyone. He's so full of shyt. I'm just going to throw some BS out there to make his stupid ass happy and never have the employee sign it. He'll completely forget about it tomorrow.
I can't stand this nikka. I put in 2 applications today. I pray I get one so I can leave him stranded for the holidays. He's either going out of business after that or he better STFU about my OT.

1. Two of my females workers got harrassed by a random drunk. They were screaming and shyt.
2. One of my male works got into a shouting match with a customer and is throwing a fit about filling out an incident report.
3. One of the administrative assistants just got smart with me. She ask me to tell her something from February. I told her to (professionally...somewhat...not so professional lol) go check the email from that day and get the fukk outta face.
4. Now my sister is calling my mom crying, literal tears. Not the one trying to have a baby. The evil one. She's asking my mom why my parents moved closer to me. Mind you she hasn't even called my mom in like 5 years.
She's had 2 strokes stressing about her sorry ass husband but talking about "Idk why I'm crying."
