The average woman isn't stressing over most dudes, so I don't know why dudes are more emotional than the females.

Being on your lonesome is better than being in the midst of bad female company. I think men need to learn self-respect these days. A lot of dudes are like that low self-esteem girl who allow dudes to disrespect her because she can't be alone. I think a man can choose to play into the games to get a slice of attention, which is the PUA path, or simply be above the games and demand any woman that deals with him step up to what HE'S doing. The only way to get quality is to demand it and not accept less... which means you will have to turn down people that aren't quality.
