Yea im done deluding myself into believing her claims that she has changed. Its crazy to have to go from believing the best about someone to having to believe the worst. After reading this thread I'm certain that she's just trying to keep me around as a guy on the side and only tells me certain things to keep me talking to her. She enjoys having the power to affect me, I see that now and its deaded. These chicks really out here running schemes with 100 layers of deception.

I won't even lie even after breaking up with my ex Id stalk her social media and all that ish, I'd get antsy and a lump feeling in my stomach clicking that relationship portion of fb hoping it still said single

now I don't even care, a few months ago because my sister has her on fb (dont ask) i was using her laptop and i saw her name so i clicked it didnt even feel anything

I was always picky on looks because I liked the feeling of people in my life tellin me I'm the shyt or whatever but as I got older I didn't fukking care anymore because who the hell are these people to me anyway? They were nothing. People I couldn't give a shyt about so why should I care what they think about who I'm dating.

After I got that out of my system things got a lot better. I was able to focus more on what I like. at the end of the day, it is YOUR life. Most of these people I was looking for validation from became losers in society or got their girl pregnant or got fat and lazy etc.

When I see them now I'm just like

That's why you see a lot of these rappers and rnb singers with women that punch in under what you'd expect them to be with. Look at Styles P, DMX, Usher and TI. The average guy can pull 'better-looking' women. These guys get fine women so easily, they already know what the average one comes with. Same thing with all of the players I knew. The women they ended up with is less fine than what they pulled in the past.

All those dime pieces these stars come across, it's thrilling at first, but when you see that everything they were willing to do with you that they are willing to do with another star, then it messes with your mind. They eventually learn that these women want to be around the FAME and not particularly them... so they eventually go for a woman who was there 'before the fame' or at least LISTENS to them and pretends to be interested. They can still get played like in the case of Usher and that older woman he was dating before, but as you get older, other things start to take precedence over looks.

It reminds me of when Jesus talked to the Pharisees and compared them to washing the outside of the cup, but the inside is dirty. You may have this beautiful woman, but if her inner life is mangled, that dysfunction will tear your life apart as well. We, as men, attribute way more to looks than we should. It's sort of like the garden of eve thing where that forbidden fruit looks the best. The dime isn't easily available to the average man, so he starts attributing way more worth to beauty than should really be there. On the other hand, guys who've had their share see that it's not necessarily all that it's cracked up to be. If her morals and inner quality isn't there, then you have nothing really.

If a woman is going cold on you and you just say and just accept it and go cold on her as well it baffles them. If she dumps you and you accept and just vanish never to be heard from again it bothers them to a woman there is nothing worse than being left in the dark and not knowing.

then you got the odd one that both chooses, is easy puzzy and one you want...but you somehow fukk it up

i gotta improve myself and that is a good thing, because i am far from a finished product. But lemme hit my goals

you said it breh. if the chicks that are already choosing you don't meet your standards, you only have two options. either re-evaluate your standards OR don't focus on women and just put in some work in yourself and invest in yourself. not even for women but just to become a better version of you. Perfect yourself wherever you need to in order to live better, feel better, etc. the better you become (in whatever you want to improve) the more attractive you become not only because of the actual improvements but also because of the natural confidence you will have. so more chicks will start choosing and you increase the odds of one of them meeting your criteria.

7 times out of 10, it's better to improve yourself than to change your standards. but there are cases when people have unrealistic standards or even standards that won't really contribute to your happiness. always good to re-evaluate your standards once in a while but not with a settling mentality, more with a "how does her being this or having that make me happier?" type of way.

example of a unrealistic standard: I need to have a chinese chick with natural blue eyes, blond hair 6 feet tall 110 pounds with a slim waist, thick ass and double D breasts and who makes 6 figures. this is a case where you might have to re-evaluate your standards and it doesn't mean you're settling.

Got her to open up a bit more in the car, I can tell she's more comfortable with me now, more eye contact, got a lil touchy feely , she talked about scooping some concert tickets for us to go see maroon 5 next month( They cool, I'm not a fan like that though) , still it lets me know that she plans on seeing me more than just this date, and that she's already going out of her own pocket to set something up for us . Not going to get ahead of myself but I like the path so far.
