Having a car and your own place or not, is not the be all or end of all things. I wont lie to you guys, it helps and women look at you differently because you become a man of value.
This is what Im dealing with right now. Ive been living back at home with my moms since the end of last July
Not because I can't afford my own pad (I was on my own for nine years) I have a ding on my renters history that's scaring away leasing managers . shyt is a unlawful retainer eviction from where I lived at SIX YEARS AGO . Long story short, when I lived there, I was given a voucher for a free months rent that was signed and dated by their manager. They accepted it only to tell me that it was invalid two weeks later 
I disputed the claim, took it to small claims court only to lose the case because the judge was friends with their attorney. I paid that month's rent , along with their attorney fees and I agreed to terminate my lease and move out . The last apartments I lived at never brought this up because I had my mom co sign my lease there for I was inbetween jobs but I had funds . Also, I thought it was all resolved instead of them trying to say that I owe them over $1400 (rent and legal fees) which I paid them already 
I gotta go to the courthouse this week to clear my name because it looks like this will stay on my renters history until next year if I don't 
Not having my own place while trying to date feels like someone's clipped my wings . Especially at 33

Ended up having a convo with ole girl and after a while of talking she basically agreed to being a friend with benefits(As if that really matters lol.)
Honestly just forget her, if you ever go back to Japan or she's in your city hit her up or she can minus that bushes

Cashier at this place I frequent made conversation with me out of the blue about a week ago. Commented on how frequently I come in since I work at a neighboring business. Made a little small talk after that and then I went on my way.
I know that it's a cashier's job to be nice to everyone, but still I wanted to see if there was something there I could run with or not. First instinct was it probably wasn't anything.

It's impossible to read a woman's mind, so talk to her some more and make some invitation to remain in contact or to spend time together if you see she is receptive to your conversation
if she rejects you, oh well, there are a ton of other women out there. In other words, it's a waste of time to try to 'predict' what a woman is really thinking. you'll miss out on ones who may not be outwardly showy with their interest or you'll convince yourself she's not interested when she really is. You will never really know unless you make that move.

The girl I'm currently talking to, is sending me pics of herself everyday, initiating convos, she flying hundreds of miles to come see me next weekend for our first date. This is soooo foreign to me, not used to a woman making the effort to get to know me and flying out for me.

I pulled the plug on things with my shorty. She was getting way too needy for my taste. Constantly arguing with me about not seeing me enough. My work schedule is hellacious and I have to get my gym time in. She's bummed and still wants to chill. I'm good though. Only here until July, then I'm going back to Virginia. I have plenty of shorties lined up for the summer anyway. Life is great gentlemen.
Call me crazy, but I didn't see anything wrong with homie and the Japanese girl. That picture was harmless in my opinion. I wouldn't have been upset about that at all. Especially given our distance.
