I have a friend, a close homie of mine. He's the opposite of your typical dude. He actually wants a relationship and sex isn't his main priority. He wants that chill and watch Netflix while getting high relationship that's all he asks for. He's been talking to this girl all summer. She was a hottie back in our school days but she's fallen off a notch, well now she has a kid too and has just gotten out a long ass relationship with her baby daddy. Now my friend knew he was up for a challenge so they went on multiple dates and every time shed break down later that night texting him she doesn't want a relationship for a long ass time. He goes through that for multiple dates and it has gotten so serious she made him meet her family. Now each time he told her if she doesn't want a relationship that's cool he will move on but every time she would be like okay then continue to message him and conversate like he would still have a chance. One day she finally caved in and they started dating. One week later they broke up because she's still not ready. This was a week ago. Now today I check my Facebook and see a picture of her with another dude talking about "he just asked me to be his girlfriend so my heart melted" I can only imagine the anger he's in right now. Many of the men of this generation are in a state of 'arrested development'.
