I hate cardio so I just eat better and make sure to lift dailyThat shyt is rough man. I've been trying to get into the teens in bf for the longest but I like to eat.
Right now what's helping me is I bought an elipitcal a while back and just copped a weight bench w/weights on craigslist for $120. shyt changed my life. I went from doing split days of cardio and weights to knocking both out in one workout.... 5 days a week instead of 3. The difference got me feeling like![]()
6 egg whites for breakfast plus reduced fat cheese is like 200 cals and is full of protein and filling. from there try to get some light carbs like rice or fries so I'm not dead during the day. Dinner is usually protein bars, greek yogurt, shakes etc. Its tough but it will be worth it when I get to wear I need to be and can boost my calories back to maintenance
