i hate to say this, but u gotta understand, the chances of you meeting a noble woman online are very slim. women already get hit on quite frequently in real life. in the world of online dating, they actually get bombarded with so, so many options. From guys who look good, to guys to look good and have money. Its very, very easy for a woman who has all these options to have zero patience for guys like u who make mistake after mistake.
but if there's any saving grace, personally, i feel this doctor girl will eventually hit u back. my advice to you is to start dating as many women as possible. and have ur days filled with dates. so whenever she does call, and u go over to her place to fucck, after fuccking u LEAVE. dont hang around for pillow talk. tell her u got some business to attend to and dip. before u leave, make her feel wanted. like "babe, it was really nice seeing u. i missed ur punkass" -- playful sh1t like that. and leave and go on to your next date.
