Ole lady decided that Valentine’s Day would be the appropriate time to talk about splitting up. Hmm. She recently had a “miscarriage” and has been on a war path recently..I get it. The trauma and what not, her complaint is me not caring enough and stressing her out due to my job basically the reason why she miscarried. I’ve been through this song and dance before.. next thing out of her mouth after opting out is how much money she needs to take care of the kids when she moves back home.
Unfortunately for her, I was aware of two things.. one is that she’s been involved with an old co worker of hers for apparently over a year and that she recently went to an abortion clinic around the time she supposedly miscarried. Safe to assume that paternity was certainly in question but there was some dark humor to revel in once I brought out my proof..the awkward silence, the stuttering and finally, the raging tears and screaming accusations once guilt set in. It’s never a good idea to try to get over on someone who’s good at spying.
