Honestly with these dating apps you have to strike before they get too mainstream, once everybody and they momma knows about them, the fall off is drastic IMO.

But to answer your question: Just don't do it unless this is a menial job, and even still it's good to set boundaries for work and play. But if you must, approach it like you would any other lady. Just ask her out to grab food, drinks etc after work.
Idk how you saw her Buss It challenge video but you could possibly bring that up in convo, only after you've assessed if she's into you. Would be a natural way to escalate the convo.
Yeah, idgaf about this job. I tried to find her tiktok but couldn't. Another co-worker showed me off her phone on fb. I asked that co-worker if she knew if she had a boyfriend and she went back and told her I asked.

Yea, at this point it's worth a shot. Nothing to lose since the job is menial like you said. Personally, I'm not one to ask if girls have BFs. I'd rather just ask her out and let her tell me no, she has a BF/in a relationship, but that's me.
I still say stay clear from work relationships. Last thing you want is a situation where things turn out badly and you guys have to see each other at work. Now you have lady problems when you should just be focused on getting your paper.
