Had the same trouble till i realised women respond to masculine, aggressive traits same way we respond to feminine, soft traits. So In a nightclub thats primetime for you to be abrasive and imposing, all them Monday morning water cooler convos aint gonna cut it.Trust I’m always fresh when I go out, groomed well, nails cut, cologne on, tailored clothes etc.
I usually walk through at my own pace, standing up tall, checking things out.
But damn if a nightclub ain’t the hardest venue for me to talk in. I don’t have a super powerful voice so I usually tap em on the shoulder if they’re standing at the bar. But then they either can’t hear me or we’re yelling at each other over the music. Shyt fizzles out real fast.
And if they’re dancing it’s even worse. 9/10 I’m getting straight ignored. I’ve even had it where the entire group dips in unison like a school of fish with that hand holding thing they do
What’s your tips on a strong opener? I’m tryna stop em dead in the tracks. How do you get their attention and make em pay attention to you?
I usually say “that’s a nice outfit” or something along the lines of “happy Friday, what are you getting into tn”
