when you have stuff to lose and actually love yourself you move different. Every time you have sex you risk slipping up with pregnancy. Lotta the dudes dealing with mentally ill chicks for the sake of having a roster or getting sex don't really love themselves.

A sane breh rather go do something else and abort mission than to play games just to get a nut.

Or she is on her period….. or a variety or other issues including the cancellation being a shyt test.

Two things are important in that situation.

1) don’t act like a bytch if she cancels, play it cool, don’t try to guilt her or argue with her. It makes you look like a bytch or a dikk and you’ll creep her out. That includes asking “ok can you come over tomorrow?”. Don’t stress over women, The only caveat is if you are really hard up, You can ask her a date for her to reschedule, but you’re setting a bad precedent and giving off a weak vibe. You might get p*ssy, but even if you do. Recognize little shyt like appearing needy now is laying the seeds for your failure later.

2) If she is really interested when she cancels she will offer to come over on another day unprompted. If she says she can’t make it today, she will say “but can I come over tomorrow or the weekend, etc” without you asking, then you are good. If she doesn’t do that she isn’t interested.

This or its way too early. I'm all for cutting to the chase, but a lot of squares out there, aren't smooth, let alone can hold a conversation passed what their favorite color is. A lot of the time I'm already deep into sexual conversation before I go to them or they come to me. I've already made sure we talked positions, and seen everything.

It’s a shytty cycle to be in. To be honest, it’s something I’m working on. Can grasp the concept, but putting it into action is a struggle for me

idle time usually is what gets folks. Gives your mind time to wonder then next thing you know you start making bad/impulsive decisions whether its sex or the over consumption of things.

First step is find ways to fill your time with doing something + also get comfortable with being solo. While doing this you will come to discovery what you actually want.
