It’s all up to your goals / purpose. Having a 6 Figure position helps, I know it’s a running joke on here, but making it on the lower end, helps me feel confident when it comes to doing what I want.

Having your own place. I know guys will say, you don’t need to for getting sex, but I don’t want to rely on going to the girls place, in case she lives with parents or roommates. I like having a home base.

Car (optional) depending if you’re in a big city or not.

Gym working out consistently, builds confident, character and looks.

Smelling good + Hygenie Putting on the right cologne, feeling good.

That’s pretty much it.
