My ex-wife, who I hadn't spoken to since our divorce in 2019, is now hitting me up on some "my nephew would like some advice about the military blah blah blah"
At first I thought there was no harm in giving the young buck some advice, won't cost me anything and it's not like I'ma go over and kick it with her
Then I thought wait, this broad didn't even cooperate or sign our divorce papers (she was on some evangelical christian shyt about divorce is ungodly and she didn't want that "curse" in her life) so what should have been a simple uncontested divorce turned into a year and a half ordeal where I had to come out of pocket for a lawyer and the judge in the end signed the divorce decree for her.
I forgive but I don't forget. Her nephew is innocent and all but I want nothing to do with her. Her pettiness did it to herself. I told my sister about it and she said she wants that old thing back now that she's alone out in these streets and she's using her nephew as a hook to reel me back in. I'm good.
Yup your sister is right these are called "ins" people who don't talk to you for awhile but use a in like a merry Christmas, happy birthday, oh my nephew, niece, just saw something that reminded me of you etc.

?

More than worth it.
