You right about education,incarceration,But Women still make less then men for a reason.,Also depends on the field.I dont know if this right thread to get into all this but I see some of your points.

up until now, most women didn’t negotiate their salary with their employer. Some also go for low paying occupations.

but on a 1:1 scale, same role/objectives/tasks… sexism unfortunately can be the answer.

sometimes brehs simply fukk up situations they’re in. I don’t include shyt women do naturally (flake, leave you on read, pop back up in 2 months).. nothing you could of done would of changed that

I’m speaking on the self-inflicted wounds brehs like to ignore. there’s a recent thread on here about a breh who disappeared on his women for two months then found out she got another man living with her.

Some of you cats like to disagree to disagree this is how I know yall not dealing with women on everyday basis. Women do shyt for no reason.They flake cause they can.I forgot the poster but he said women change like the weather.You dont have to do anything,they just flake.It happens.

They are just as bad, if not worse, than the Women they complain about — but we’re in this weird era of Men being victims to everything so some refuse to embrace their nature.

Im saying.None of us have a womans brain.Some of them are undecisive.They cant even pick what to eat or wear. Women are funny creatures at times. They literally change their moods by the months. Not saying us men dont have flaws but lets be real unless some of us are soft we dont deserve half shyt we went thru with women.

Lack of depth Communication wise

Im saying I see your point bro 100%. Im sure some of us have been around a woman even with our flaws and all.Yes we arent perfect.We have been around a woman and she just changed something in her mind/heart made do a 360. We cant explain it and we dont know the answer but she changed.We can assume it was this and that but she just changed her mind.We can sit here and try to figure what went wrong but sometimes there are no reasons for things especially when it comes to women.

Etc
