i usually think about it the same way a job interview process goesLol notice how shorty said it wasnt a “love connection” , whatever the hell that means
In real life is generally better for men who dont have a souped up instagram. That being said, whether its online or in real life, young women are still going to be dumb and picky when it comes to dating. They expect everything to happen instantly, not realizing that it takes time to build comfortability, a connection and actually get to know somebody.
You not gonna catch a real vibe, sitting across a stranger having a coffee or eating dinner. Low key its usually not until yall kick it at each others places that that happens. Or at the very least while going for a walk, grabbing a beer…doing something very casual
you have 3-4 rounds of getting to know your potential employer but the first round is usually a quick phone call. The second is zoom or Teams meeting etc.
Theres no way you can know the: work culture, expectations, day to day tasks, processes etc. by meeting #1. Same way I dont reeeeeally expect shorty to be feeling me entirely or expect sex at the end of the date #1. It takes time to know these things and you wont know unless you keep yourself open to the entire interview (dating) process.
Imagine jumping ship from an interview process after meeting #1, only to find out the employer was gonna give you a months worth of vacation, way better benefits, better pay etc.

i swear these girls are weird man
