It’s not even a money thing I just can’t stomach spending $100 for round trip alone.. not including the date itself

would mix it up, in NYC, sometimes it feels right to take a Lyft/Uber, sometimes the train, sometimes it's fun to walk. If you are talking about after date night in Midtown or Chelsea, and taking the L train all the way to Brooklyn, nah. That's a headache. But, maybe take the train into the city.
