that being said, women raised in certain african countries are just built different. they still have many of the traditional values that men do and if they not nigerian (and maybe south african) they will be ready to hustle and contribute if it calls for it.

they essentially embody what God set out for women to be for men

The only thing i can think of is she wanted me to propose last year but I wasn't ready. After Christmas I realized I was so i got a ring made and we had a vacation booked and I was gonna propose to her on our last day there. I might have waited too long :mjcry:. This shyt hurt so bad brehs

damn. this is fukked up. all i can say is have a discussion with her. do more listening than talking and really try to understand where she is coming from. if your suspicion is right perhaps you can let her know (with the proof) of your plans to propose. Itll "ruin" it a bit but could be an interesting story in itself. If its some other shyt she spewing then think about it and how it aligns with your own values/thoughts/expectations.

Agreed, I doubt she makes that move if she wanted you to propose at one point and it seems like she didn’t know it was coming.
