Makes total sense but lotta black folks were raised on ideals of nuclear family. Anything that doesn’t fit that mold, is seen as “unnatural”, especially when family folks invest into your wedding n shyt like Africans. Hell, even Philippine people be doing it too

Eh modern folks just do shyt to shyt on folks. Most people didnt grow up in a nuclear family if you look at the stats. Men dont care about marriage outside of a subset who want to provide a child the home they didnt get, most would be fine just having a reliable woman lol most women of today dont want the role of a wife they just want to shyt on other women with a wedding and not be lonely.

We are in shambles right now for men who want kids and a stable home woth both parents in it because the current laws make it where you feel you are in a relationship with a suicide bomber who can blow it up at any moment.

I would say because the USA is multicultural we tend to blur the lines on a lot of shyt which cause confusion because everyone comes to the table with experiences that are different thus create different expectation compared to "old world" societies where things are more on Tribal or Ethnic lines where you are raised into your role of the tribe or ethnic social contract.

What I`m saying is in these old world societies if you don't want to play by the social contract of that group you just simply date outside of it, in USA there is no agreed upon universal social contract thus we get a lot of confusion because everyone wants some unique thing thus people have the debate on "What am I willing to give up" as nobody will ever meet 100% of what you want.

The bolded is so true. Just turned 30 and I legit feel if I was back home in Nigeria I’d be married by now, or at least have a serious GF on the way to marriage.

But here in the US, especially in the SF Bay, totally different story.

When you deal with old world cultures the game is pretty much "if you do these things in your role we have no problem"

In the US and the western world (predominantly in city centers when we talk literal western world/former colonies) there is no contract thus women are able to play a game where they force a contract on a man but can dance out of anything you apply to them, but then the contract they force on men is ever changing because there is no coming of age school that teaches all men and women in these countries their role in society. This is why I`m like its idiotic to enter a legally binding contract when there are no agreed upon rules.

Annoying social media brain rot aside, Id argue the dudes who can get women are more so pissed about family and marriage law more so than "I can't find a woman". The Modern man in the West is the true feminist where igood chance his parents taught him how to cook, he had to wash his own clothes at some point and there is a service industry to outsource so much shyt that if a woman doesn't have a skill in that area there is an app for it, and in general dudes tend to be flexible and understanding and just focused on making shyt work, but the expectation on that man is not flexible at all

Y'all gotta get rid of the pedestal mindset and start bein' y'self frfr, and if she ain't with it bush her at a moment's notice.
She gotta understand this. They can force a bull contract on men 'cause they see men and they pickin' men with no code of their own.
A man accommodates a woman into their life and as a result adjusts his behavior to accommodate her. This is not mutual respect or a compatible situation 'cause you givin' her the power plays when you accommodate. Then, then you gotta ask y'self why would not she get loose with the contract when you accommodated her in the first place to get with her?

Y'all got it twisted... twisted up backwards and complainin' 'cause y'all can't see for more than the drawers until after the fact, and the fact is when you accommodated her to get with her you right in that very moment showed her a vulnerability that said to her she got more leverage in the relationship.

Any bytch I ever dated with short hair never worked out. The shorter the hair the more masculine and damaged they are. It is what it is. Jada smith a prime example and the bytch from the new wizard of oz.
