Just picked that book up. Excellent reading so far and talks about how to improve your thinking. The quality of your thoughts will determine much of where you end up in life. I'll give a more detailed opinion when I've gotten further.

i've been in a similar funk but I've also gone through periods of opulence and feasting when it comes to women. thus i know its not that I'm ugly or wack or anything, just that my game is a bit off for the moment and I gotta handle some other business of mine first.

Breh sometimes there is just no explanation. Like this last chick I threw to the bushes, before we had good convo, everytime we hung out it was cool, good sex. Then one week just switches off, multiple excuses about how she can't hang, no response to my texts. For a minute I'm like what did I do wrong? Couldn't think of anything. Then coming to this thread it smartened me up to not even ask that anymore and just cut it off. From now on there will be no wonder what happened phase. It will go from we cool or we're not and I'm not going to try to decipher a female's thought process cause they probably can't even do that.
Like Emp said you can apply this to everything not just girls. Keep it simple, if something is good to you, keep it, if something is not, drop it. Spend less time wondering why.

The sad thing is, it's not easy to tell whether someone is acting in this fashion, so it's best to assume that one DOES act in this fashion until they prove otherwise... meaning you should never get the notion that anyone will be around permanently. If someone chooses to leave, bid them well and keep it pushing in your life. Setting the proper expectations will save you a ton of drama later.

If you look at modern statistics, men are doing terribly. They are dropping out of institutions of higher education, dropping out of the workplace, etc. The baby boomer generation did a terrible job raising their boys. They pretty much parked them in front of a videogame or the boob tube and told them to defer to women while telling the girls they are princesses, creating leadership summits for them, etc.
So now, we're seeing a generation of men who are completely lost and helpless and find it hard to even make basic decisions or to even have a modicum of self-respect. I'm going to shift gears slightly and start talking about elements of manhood more, because we've pretty much said most of what you can say with dealing with women.

I suck with women brehs. I can't even get a message off any online dating sites or matches on Tinder, i'm 5'6", below average looks, no friends, no car, and basically all i have going is my job which i'm not even good at

instead of feeling sorry for yourself, channel that energy into improving yourself. Put broads on the backburner. They aren't going anywhere. Make those moves to get it together.
