Internship pays about 35 K a year salary before taxes. It should be noted that I'm 20 and while there are nikkas out here livving on their own much younger I'd be a fool to do so currently
Youre preaching to the choir though...Im just being patient. My gear is top level for a nikka my age. Not on somme gucci and louis V shyt but nonetheless. Pants: Diesel, Nudie, Levis, Denham etc. Shirts: Lacoste, Farah, Penguin, Ralph, Brooks Brothers etc. Other items etc etc. Everyone alwaystells me I dress well. Even when Im in a plain tee and a pair of jeans with boots/sneakers my denim game is just so great people take notice. I know how to coordinate colors and outfits to look clean and effortless.
The Car and friend group are really all that hold me back. And its sad but until I graduate its gonna stay that way.I'm currently paying my last years tuition off (3.5 K left) and then I'm saving for my final years tuition...about 7.5K. I will save a car (preferably Lexus, Audi or Volvo) but that insurance will be a lick. No point in actually purchasing one until i graduate and secure a job in either Investment Mgmt, I-Banking or Accounting because even during school I get free transit with my student ID card. Then the car wont be an issue and I'll have a real use for it besides courting bytches. Its a matter of priorities...not gonna strap myself just so I can go out and fornicate more. School and my career right now comes first cause I wanna bestatus after graduation while everyone is
looking at them Sallie Mae and OSAP student loan checks.
Im definitely gonna take your advice on being more independent and leaving my dudes behind just to develop my own side circle. Cant use that excuse cause only I control my life. With no car it'll be more difficult but still. It's hard rolling truly dolo though and thats what ima have to do but fukk it...thats what ima do. As far as intramural sports and stuff...did all that with my boys but i was confined to my white friends. I wont go into detail but man its hard being the only nikka in a click. Barbers...already do that ...meh. Gym...definitely gonna try to connect more because even now I be needing a partner and my bro goes to a different gym and he cant help me...plus I always go to the gym outside my office right b4 work in downtown Toronto.
What I was think was moreso concerts and sports. Cause theres nothing I am more passionate about than Football and Music.

its just certain things you need to have before you step foot in the game:
you really need your own spot this is maybe the easiest handicap to over come but telling a woman you live with someone else is not the business. especially if she has her own place then she's just gonna look down on you so to me your own spot is a must.
you need to have a car. this is non-negotiable. if you don't have a car you can't get around at will and everything falls apart. it really needs to be your car that you fully 100% control. not your momma's car or your daddy's car or any relative's car or friend's car but yours. if you don't have a car stay outta the game and work on getting one.
you need to have a job and have your money right. if you don't meet those two standards then you really got bigger fish to fry than trying to holla at women. fix your life then worry about women. not having a job and not having your money right is gonna fukk with your confidence.
you need to have a life. things to do with your time other than chase tail. gym, friends, hobbies whatever but have something you do with your free time that keeps you busy. if not all your idle time is gonna be consumed chasing tail and it will show. your life also needs to have a self defined achievable measurable purpose. a goal you're actively pursuing that is something nothing in this world will deviate you from. when women come your way and try to distract you from this you don't budge. maybe its to get out of debt, get in better shape, start your own business but pick something and focus on it intensely.
you need to be 100% fully comfortable with yourself. whatever you don't like about you fix it if you can and if you can't learn to accept it. one of the things women do instinctively is seek out any weaknesses of the men they deal with and later down the line use those against him. if you're fat and uncomfortable about it get in shape. if you're short and uncomfortable get over it. if you're broke get your paper up and do these things before you start on the path to going after women. shore up and fixable weaknesses.
you need to develop leadership qualities including a code, principals, a sense of integrity, and the ability to make a decision on the fly and stick with it. never break your code never doubt yourself either make decisions and go with them and don't look back. God made the first woman to support the first man. that means they weren't designed or intended to be leaders. women will try to lead just to challenge you and make sure you're a true leader. if you fail the test you're done.
you need to learn to check your ego and control yourself and your emotions. your ego doesn't belong in the game period. your ego seeks to make everything about you and will lead you down the wrong path. emotions do not care what's best for you they only care about satisfying their own single minded primal urges regardless of what the actions that bring that about will do to you in the process. as for self control always maintain your composure regardless of what you're facing.
these are things that i feel are key. some more important than others but if you don't have these items and skills and you try to deal with women you're probably gonna end up getting played, fukked over, simped out, or hurt. if you don't have these tings then you got work to do that's more important than getting at females so stop doing that and start working on yourself. if you're the kinda guy that has all that going for you the game is different and much better to you than if you're the kind of guy that doesn't. honestly i decided to take a break from the game while i work on some of that shyt. i actually came up with that list from looking at all the people in my life i knew that were very successful with women and the things and traits they had.

This girl has hardly any friends to speak of and I'm definitely one of the very few people that's there for her so I could definitely see this being the case. I've been missing the shyt out of her but have stayed solid and haven't messaged her. Going out with someone else next week, too.

I empathize with you on the lone black situation, i was fortunate enough to go to a university in a pretty diverse area so i dont even know how id react if i had been wakin up to a sea of white folks every day in my late teens/early 20s. smh
Good that you're on the same page with prioritization and waiting certain things out (apartment, car, etc) for better/stable income... tho props on the internship, as 35k for a college undergrad is damn good.
And yea, if its music and football as particulars, we all know they're countless muthafukkers with similar passions. So concerts, sporting events, wherever/whatever else you can think of that would be an enjoyable avenue for you, definitely embrace them shyts and interact with the mfers there if opportunities present themselves. Basically just making the most out of your situation before you inevitably get everything together as far as your own spot, car, steady/reliable income, etc

I played both. So I'd say she's probably just missing the attention.
Her reason for not wanting to pursue things was that she wasn't sexually attracted to me. Basically, I'd fallen too far into the friendzone and the simping only made matters worse. After I heard that I realized I was wasting my time and needed to take the L and move on.
I definitely can't be there for her as a friend like I was so as much as I miss her, I'm not going to be initiating contact anytime soon.
